The holidays are a time filled with family, food, and fun—but also packed schedules and extra temptation to skip your usual workouts. That's why the Kenosha YMCA is here to help you finish the year strong with our Healthy Through the Holidays Fitness Challenge!

Join us October 31 through January 1 for a 9-week program that makes it easier to stay fit, balanced, and energized during the holidays.

What's Involved

The challenge is easy, flexible, and designed to fit into your holiday schedule. Simply commit to:

  • A minimum of three independent workouts per week (aim for at least 30 minutes each)

  • Five minutes of daily mindfulness—stretch, breathe, or just pause and reset

  • Looking for an extra boost? Try our Bonus: Attend YMCA group fitness classes! It's a fun way to mix up your routine, try something new, and stay motivated while enjoying the energy of our community.

What You'll Get

As part of the challenge, you'll receive:

  • Weekly fitness and nutrition tips from our NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer
