Butts & Guts - Express

Beginner Ballet

Description: (Registration Required) Students will learn ballet fundamentals, technique, and terminology, while building muscular strength, and proper dance posture. Classes will use age appropriate material. Etiquette and discipline are emphasized in a positive and creative atmosphere.

Description: (Registration Required) Extension of Lake County Aikikai. Aikido has evolved into harmonizing, ending a struggle w/o harm. Involves joint locks, falls rolls & throws. Three training implements: wooden swords, Jo (wood short staff) & Tanto (wood knife).
