Description: Recreational sport, designed to be played by all ages and abilities. Utilizes a badminton-sized court, specialized paddle, and ball. Equipment is limited - We highly recommend bringing your own. Ages 12* & older. (12 & 13 welcome with an adult)

Open Gym

Description: Recreational time for members & guests. Please be respectful of others who with to share the space. Cross-court basketball only, no full-court play during this time. Courts vary & subject to change, see posted schedule.

Open Pickleball**

Location: Courts 2, 3 & 4

Description: Recreational sport, designed to be played by all ages and abilities. Utilizes a badminton-sized court, specialized paddle, and ball. Equipment is limited - We highly recommend bringing your own. Ages 12* & older. (12 & 13 welcome with an adult) **Pickleball on Court 2 will not be available on days when there is no school.

IGNITE Senior HIIT

Description:  Stay active and energized with Senior HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)! This class is designed specifically for older adults, combining short bursts of exercise with periods of rest to improve cardiovascular health, strength, balance, and flexibility. Movements can be modified to fit all fitness levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout. 

Aqua Pi-Yo-Chi

Description: Recreational for ages 12 & up. We will start with one court and if numbers warrant we will set-up another court. This format provides an opportunity to play without a team or a weekly commitment. Free to members, guests must purchase a day pass.

Super Stars Dancers

Vex Robotics

Description: (Registration Required) Is your little interested in sports, but doesn’t know which one? This class is PERFECT FOR THEM. This program will introduce kids to the basic components of soccer, baseball, and basketball.

Youth Track

Location: Indoor Track

Description: Registration Required. Whether your child is new to running or a seasoned athlete, this program offers a dynamic, supportive, team environment for them to thrive. Focusing on skill development, technique, and coordination, the YMCA Track Program will improve their running or help them gain endurance for other sports. Participants will spend 12 weeks preparing to compete at events in both the regional and state YMCA track meets. 2nd-5th graders | 5:30-6:30pm 6th-8th graders | 6:30-7:30pm

Teen Top 40

Description: (Registration Required) In this fun, high energy, technique-focused dance class, students will learn the basic concepts of modern dance including hip hop. They will also learn a dance routine to a popular top 40 (but age appropriate) song.

Ignite Circuit Training

Rock Climbing, Open Climb

Location: Rock Climbing Wall

Description: Routes changed every 6 weeks, ranging from beginner to expert. Auto belay used during open climb. Anyone wishing to use the ropes must first pass a Belay Skills test.

Description: (Registration Required) Extension of Lake County Aikikai. Aikido has evolved into harmonizing, ending a struggle w/o harm. Involves joint locks, falls rolls & throws. Three training implements: wooden swords, Jo (wood short staff) & Tanto (wood knife).
