Our Health and Wellness department offers a variety of resources, programs and services to assist you in your goals to improve or maintain your health. Those who engage in fitness programs enjoy the benefits of a healthier heart, lungs, bones and muscles. You also get to enjoy the benefits of friendship and community. By exercising in the limits of one’s ability, and learning ways to live a healthier lifestyle, individuals may improve their quality of life. All levels of fitness are welcome to participate in the classes. Youth 11-13 are welcome to participate in fitness classes when accompanied by a participating adult.
