IGNITE your metabolism in this challenging, trainer led class held in ‘My Fitness Studio’. Class will focus on full body resistance training while incorporating blasts of cardio intervals. You’ll burn fat, improve muscle definition, increase cardio capacity, and most importantly have FUN! Participants: Min. 4, Max 10
Define your body with Yoga plus light weights, bands, and sculpting yoga moves to work all of your muscles. Improve balance, strengthen core, shape your arms, legs & gluts, and then finish up with a stretch and relax. We recommend bringing your own mat.

A fun, dynamic circuit class designed to empower women! Learn weight training in a supportive, women-only environment, focusing on proper technique, building strength and confidence, and creating a strong community among participants of all fitness levels.
TRX Suspension Training leverages gravity and your own body weight along with the TRX Suspension Trainer™ to challenge your whole body while working in every plane of motion. This class is appropriate for those who are intimidated, unfamiliar with TRX, more sedentary or older adults who are active and want to increase strength.
Stay active and energized with Super Seniors, a high-energy, low-impact class designed for older adults! You’ll enjoy short bursts of exercise with rest periods to boost heart health, strength, balance, and flexibility. All movements can be modified, so every participant gets a safe, fun, and effective workout.
Designed for youth ages 10–17, this dynamic fitness class focuses on building strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a fun, supportive environment. Participants will learn proper technique, improve overall fitness, and develop a positive mindset around exercise – setting the foundation for a lifetime of wellness.
Improve your form and efficiency, and increase your power and speed in the first 40 minutes of this coach-led training class. The remainder of the hour will be spent doing stretching poses that specifically help runners improve their flexibility.
