Membership Cancellation
We’re sorry to see you go and appreciate the time you’ve spent as part of the Kenosha YMCA community.
To cancel your membership, please complete the form below. Submitting this form serves as your official 10-day notice, as required by our cancellation policy.
Please note the following:

Your account may be billed one final time if your next payment falls within the 10-day notice period.

If a final payment occurs, your membership will remain active for 30 days after that payment date.

Only the primary (billable) member may submit a cancellation.

Any outstanding balance must be paid before rejoining in the future.
