The Y is proud to work with several insurance programs that offer discounts, reimbursements or even free memberships to their subscribers to support you on your journey to become healthier. Each program that is offered is different, and who is covered may vary. It is highly recommended that you contact the number on your insurance card to see what specific benefits your insurance program offers.

If your program is listed, please come into the Y and bring your insurance card with you. Our Front Desk staff will help you get the forms filled out and walk you through the process of getting set up to enjoy all the benefits the Y has to offer!

Renew Active Optum Fitness Advantage

Offered through UnitedHealthcare, Renew Active is available with select Medicare Advantage plans. Designed around you and your goals, Renew Active offers access to participating fitness locations both locally and nationally at no additional cost.

SilverSneakers

A fun, energizing program designed to help older adults take greater control of their health through physical activity. Helps set fitness goals and keep you in shape all year long. Free membership for those who have certain Medicare Advantage Plans. Check with your insurance carrier to see if you are eligible.

Silver&Fit

Designed specifically to help older adults achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. Silver&Fit provides eligible members with no-cost or low cost fitness memberships through arrangements with certain health plans.

Humana go365

A health and wellness awards program offered through Humana Healthcare and your employer. Members can earn points for working out at the Kenosha YMCA.
