Sept. 26 events will bring together family fun, health and wellness resources, STEM activities, local vendors, a blood drive and an exclusive YMCA membership special
The Kenosha YMCA will bring two community events together on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, with the return of its 6th Annual Fall Fest and 14th Annual Healthy Living Expo. The YMCA is inviting families to attend the festivities while also seeking local craft vendors, health and wellness organizations, sponsors and volunteers to help make the day a success.
Fall Fest will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering a full day of activities for children and families. The Healthy Living Expo will run concurrently from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. inside the YMCA gymnasium, providing an opportunity for community members to connect with area health professionals and organizations.
Under the theme “Come for the fun. Leave inspired.”, the combined events are designed to give families a reason to spend the day at the Y while connecting them with activities, organizations and resources available throughout the Kenosha community.
Family Fun Takes Center Stage at Fall Fest
Fall Fest will feature a Miracle League Showcase Game at 10:30 a.m., followed by DJ the Magician performance at noon. The day will also include bounce houses, kids’ games and activities, family-friendly music and dancing, YMCA program demonstrations, food trucks and concessions, basket raffles and a 50/50 raffle. Winners will be drawn at 6 p.m.
A craft vendor market will be open until 5 p.m., giving attendees an opportunity to shop from participating vendors throughout the day.
Families will also be able to explore hands-on STEM activities and technology with Openenergi, the Gateway Industrial Design Fab Lab and the YMCA Teen Tech Space powered by Jockey. The Kenosha Robo Crew will be on-site to introduce families to robotics and demonstrate their robots in action.
Admission to Fall Fest is free and open to the community. Individual kids’ activity tickets are $1 each, with the number of tickets required varying by activity. A $10 bounce house wristband provides unlimited access throughout the day, while a $15 Fun Pack includes an unlimited bounce house wristband and six activity tickets.
Healthy Living Expo Connects Community With Local Resources
The 14th Annual Healthy Living Expo, themed “A Stronger, Healthier Us,” will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. inside the YMCA gymnasium.
Area health professionals and organizations will offer free screenings and evaluations and provide information about health, wellness and community resources. Guests ages 18 and older who visit all participating vendors will be entered into a prize raffle.
New this year, Versiti will host a blood drive from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the YMCA. Appointments are encouraged.
