The Kenosha YMCA relies on the dedication and support of volunteers to make a difference in the lives of community members. Whether you have a specific skill set or simply a willingness to lend a hand, your involvement as a volunteer will make a significant impact.
Enroll your child in the Kenosha YMCA Before & After School Enrichment Program at Prairie Lane, Forest Park or Kenosha YMCA with transportation from Curtis Strange, Southport, and Ruth Harmon schools. Our program offers academic support, physical activities, social-emotional development, and more in a safe, nurturing environment. Register now for the 2024-25 school year!
The 46th Annual Kenosha YMCA Firecracker Run/Walk saw an unprecedented turnout with 565 participants, nearly 200 more than last year's event.
Summer is here, and residents in and around the City of Kenosha flock to public pools and beaches to cool off and have fun. However, what should be an enjoyable day in the water can quickly turn tragic if proper safety measures are not followed.

Kenosha Emerging Leaders Academy Names New Director The Kenosha Emerging Leaders Academy (KELA) is pleased to announce its inaugural Director, Atifa Robinson. Robinson has over 20 years of leadership experience in health and education, and she believes her passion for driving community impact, her dedication to serve, and build healthy communities to thrive, will be a key factor in moving the Kenosha Emerging Leaders Academy forward.
