SESSION SCHEDULE

CORE & MORE
This total body workout targets all major muscle groups, while giving your core extra attention by utilizing the TRX, BOSU, Kettle bells, and medicine balls! Participants: Min. 5, Max 12

RUN & YOGA
Want to PR your next 5K, 10K or longer distance race? Come join us! Improve your form and efficiency, and increase your power and speed in the first 40-45 minutes of this coach-led training class. The remainder of the hour will be spent doing yoga poses that specifically help runners improve their flexibility. Meet on the upstairs track, yoga will be in Studio A. Participants: Min 4, Max 10

SENIORS ON WEIGHTS
It’s important for seniors to be strong in order to maintain healthy bones and remain independent. This class is for our members who are 55 and better, and who are either new to strength training, or looking to challenge themselves more by learning new exercises. Participants: Min. 5, Max 12

TREAD30
Get started on your journey to becoming a runner in this 30-minute express running class. This small group class moves you through efficient, precisely designed intervals on the treadmill. With a low ratio of participant to trainer, you will focus on proper form and injury prevention, as you build your endurance and mileage. Participants: Min. 3, Max 6

TRX® SUSPENSION TRAINING
Want a fast, effective total-body workout? TRX Suspension Training leverages gravity and your own body weight along with the TRX Suspension Trainer™ to challenge your whole body while working in every plane of motion. Build a solid core, increase muscular endurance and strength, as well as improve flexibility and balance. Experience this device in Studio B and My Fitness Studio sessions.

    This TRX class is appropriate for those who are intimidated, unfamiliar with TRX, more sedentary or older adults who are active and want to increase strength. Participants: Min. 5, Max 10
