 Parkinson’s PEAK (Positivity, Empowerment, Ability, Kinetic Activity) is designed to help individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s maintain an active lifestyle while striving for their highest level of ability. This specialized class focuses on cardiovascular exercise, power, flexibility, and balance to support overall mobility and well-being. Participants may attend with a caregiver if assistance is needed.
