FREE to members! Build strength, flexibility, and improve balance while de-stressing and getting into the flow. After class; feel invigorated, energized, and balanced. This class balances your fast pace life with easy to follow, slow-moving meditation in motion. Based on Taijifit style of flowing Tai Chi and includes yoga and stretches on the floor. Feel free to bring your own mat. No experience, mat or shoes necessary. Can be done in a chair if needed. Fun for any age.(Drop-in)
