Rural Summer Meals Sign-Up

It is our joy to serve you!

Our weekly Summer Meal Kits contain 7 days of breakfast and 7 days of lunch per child* including milk. All shelf stable. We want to ensure that there are enough meal kits to distribute to all those in need. Please help us by completing this form each week you will be picking up meals.

If this is your first time reserving meals this season, please complete the full form. If you have reserved meals before and your information has not changed, you only need to enter your name, select your pick-up date and location, and submit the form.

*Adults aged 19 – 21 yrs of age currently attending a public or private school with a diagnosed disability qualify to receive the Rural Summer Meals.
